About Our Boutique Cooperative Living Spaces

Lifestyle Communities, LLC and Ecumen have over 180 years of combined experience empowering individuals to live richer, fuller lives. We are proud to have developed some of the most awarded communities in the region.

What is “Zvago”?

The Italian word — svago—means fun, leisure and recreation. Fitting then, that it inspired our name Zvago (ZUH-va-go), where we use the Z to make it our own in the same way you’re invited to personalize your new home and make it your own.

Our story

Our focus has always been on those who live in our cooperatives, creating places where like-minded people come together and live the way they want to live. Our deep roots in financial and cooperative development expertise enables us to uniquely offer intimate cooperatives that are smart financial choices.

We are owned and operated by OneTwoOne, a cooperative housing-development company born out of a partnership between Ecumen and Lifestyle Communities, LLC.
