Maggie McWilliams joined Zvago Cooperative Living as a Cooperative Living Consultant in 2017. She was in search of a rewarding “encore career” following 30 years in the financial services industry, and Zvago was the perfect fit. Maggie is passionate about authenticity in all facets of her life ranging from personal and professional relationships, to great Italian food, to riveting biographies of people that have made an impact in the world. When she is not working, she loves to swim, kayak, bird watch, and spend time with her family and friends enjoying the best that Minnesota and Wisconsin have to offer.

Nicole Huling is passionate about helping others through her work in marketing, communication, and design. Helping members through their next journey, from learning about cooperative living to pursuing their passions in their new community, is her daily motivation. Nicole joined the team in August of 2018 is an advocate of designing and implementing creative marketing campaigns and materials, promotion of events and enjoys problem solving no matter the situation. In her free time, Nicole loves to travel, camp, volunteer, and spend time with her family.

Brett leads our integrated clinical, innovation and operations areas, driving holistic leading-edge solutions for health and societal challenges in our communities. Brett joined Ecumen in 2014 as a Clinical Director and was most recently VP of Health and Clinical Services. Prior to Ecumen, he owned and operated CareLogix Nursing Solutions. He also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Minnesota State University in Mankato and at Saint Paul College. Brett was appointed by Governor Mark Dayton to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Minnesota State College & Universities System from 2011-2013. He has a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Metropolitan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University in Mankato. Brett is a Registered Nurse, a Public Health Nurse and board-certified Nurse Executive.

Since the late 1980s, Tim Nichols has been passionately serving the Multifamily Housing industry with creativity and flair. He is dedicated to the philosophy of owning and operating synergistic boutique businesses within the real estate finance and development industry. He has successfully worked on numerous award winning developments involving virtually every type of multifamily housing. When Tim isn’t working on award winning developments, you will find him pursuing his other passion in singing with the Apollo Club, traveling to the Sonoran Desert, and boating with friends and family.

Thriving on creativity and troubleshooting, Ben leads initial project conception through site selection and concept development. Leveraging his past experience as a planning director and economic development professional in the public sector, he is able to navigate complex land acquisitions, development agreements, and irregular entitlement processes.
