Central Village Construction Update
Zvago Central Village is set to open spring 2019
In Zone 1, fourth floor walls are being framed and we are close to starting the roof trusses. Framing is completed for Zone 1 floors one through three. Windows are being installed in Zone 1, and they look great! The retaining wall is completed except for the stairs, and precast has started on the second floor of Zone 1.
We are planning to start the final grading next week for curb and asphalt, so let’s hope for some dry weather!
