Lake Superior Construction Update

If you have been watching the progress on our onsite camera, you already know how much progress is being made!

• Framing is 100% completed on floor one, both zones 1 and 2!
• Exterior and interior walls are set and framing is 80% completed on floor two, zone 1.
• Truss work is completed on floor two, zone 1.
• Plywood flooring is completed on second floor, zone 2.
• Plywood flooring is completed on third floor, zone 1 and exterior walls are starting to be set in place.
• Stairway B is complete to the third floor.
• The garage concrete slab in completely installed.
• The plumber is onsite laying out the first and second floor. Core drilling began yesterday.
• HVAC and the electrician have been onsite this week doing layout work.

Looking ahead, we are on track to begin roofing in early April.  Have a great weekend!
