Lake Superior Construction Update

Here are some of the highlights:

• The electrician has boxed-out first floor in both zones one and two, as well as the second floor in zone one.
• The HVAC team is running duct work on second and first floor. They are also installing bath fans and dryer exhaust boxes.
• The plumbers are about 80% complete with core drilling in both zones.  They will finish the basement piping next week.
• The carpenters are working on inside framing in zone one on the second and third floor. They are approximately 50% finished standing the walls for zone one on the fourth floor. The roof framing started on March 12th.
• The block layers started work on site this week and are laying block for all are interior basement walls.  They will be finished by the end of the week.
