Lake Superior Construction Update

Hello Zvago Lake Superior members! Brick installation has been completed on the West side of the building and is 90% done on the north and East sides.  The exterior is being prepped for siding and decks are being installed.

Here is what has been going on inside:

• Carpenters-In addition to their work on the exterior, they are finishing up on Zone Two, installing exterior swing doors and patio doors. Trim carpenters started this week.
• Electricians-They have finished pulling wire on the fourth floor of Zone Two, and have started on the third floor.
• Plumbers-Zone Two was inspected this week, and they will start setting tubes on Monday.
• HVAC-They have completed the fourth floor of Zone Two and will complete floors first through third early next week.
• Sprinkler-All of Zone Two was completed this week!
• Sheet rockers-All units in Zone One are fully sheet-rocked! They have been working in the common area and will be starting the fourth floor of Zone Two on Monday.
• Tapers-They are working on the second floor of Zone One.
• Painters-The fourth floor of Zone One is completed, and they are starting to paint on the third floor.
