Lake Superior Construction Update

Hello, Zvago Lake Superior Members!  Here is the update for this week:

• Electricians – all unit rough-ins as well as the common areas are set to be completed by next Tuesday.
• Carpenters – installation of the exterior decks, MagicPak doors and patio doors should be done in about a week.
• Siders – are busy installing siding in the plaza, above the garage door, and on the west side of the building.
• Trimmers – trim work is being done in the units on the third floor of Zone 1.   Cabinet installation has started on the second floor.
• Sheet-rockers – they are working in the first floor common areas. Sheet-rock is finished on the fourth floor of Zone 2, and will start on the third floor on Monday.
• Tapers – are following the sheet-rockers, so they are working on the fourth floor of Zone 2 as well.
• HVAC – are working in the garage on the exhaust fan and the make-up air unit.
• Sprinkler fitters – will be completely finished in approximately one week.
• Painters – painting is happening on the first floor of Zone 1.
• Flooring – floors are being installed in the units on the second floor of Zone 1.
• Plumbers – are working on their final installations.
