Lake Superior Construction Update

Hello Zvago Lake Superior members!

Here is this week’s update:

• Electricians – Fixtures are being installed on the 4^th and 3^rd floors of Zone One. They are also working in the garage.
• Plumbers – Gas lines are being installed in the garage and for the MagicPaks.
• HVAC – Unit duct work is underway on the 2^nd floor of Zone Two.
• Sprinklers – All units are completed and work is underway in the garage.
• Siders – Siding is being installed on multiple sides of the building, including the plaza.
• Framers – Deck frames and bases are being installed.
• Sheet Rockers – Sheetrock is being installed on the 2^nd floor of Zone Two.
• Tapers – Taping is completed on the 4^th floor of Zone Two and are starting on the third floor.
• Painters – Painting is completed in all of Zone One units, stair towers, and corridors. Next they will be starting on the 4^th floor of Zone Two.
• Flooring – Floors are being installed in the last three units of Zone One, and tile work is underway in the bathrooms.
