Lake Superior Construction Update

Hello Zvago Lake Superior Members,

Here is this week’s update:

•  Electricians are working in the garage and are setting exterior light pole bases.
• Plumbers have finished all rough plumbing and gas line work. They have started installing unit interior fixtures.
• HVAC will be finishing up unit duct work on the second floor of zone two and will be starting on the first floor next week.
• Sprinkler fitters are finished with all units and are working on the stand pipes in the stair tower.
• Siders continue to work on multiple sides of the building and have almost completed the court yard.
• Carpenters are working on putting deck boards down and are making the railings for the decks.
• Sheet rockers are finished with everything except for some of the mechanical soffits.
• Tapers are starting on the second floor of zone two.
• Trim carpenters are 85% completed in zone one and are adding 4 more guys on Monday to the trim crew.
• Flooring is 95% completed in zone one and they will be starting on zone two on Monday.
• Painters are starting on the third floor of zone two on Monday.
