Lake Superior Construction Update
Lot’s of progress has been made at Zvago Lake Superior!
Greetings Zvago Lake Superior members!
Going forward you will hear me referring to the zones of the building in our construction updates. Zone one consists of units 1-8 on each floor, while zone two consists of units 9-14.
Here is the construction update from yesterday’s onsite meeting:
- Framers are hard at work and have set 95% of the walls on the first floor in both zone one and two.
- We are currently about 30% done with trusses on the second floor.
- Underground plumbing work began on Monday, January 27th.
- Both CMU (concrete masonry units) walls on first floor are complete.
- All structural steel on first floor will be set by the end of the day today.
Looking ahead, we have windows being delivered to the site on February 6, garage slab work will begin around February 14, and member electrical walk throughs are scheduled to begin on March 5th.
