St. Anthony Park Construction Update

The brick veneer on the building is 100% complete and siding is being installed. Insulation is 100% complete, and drywall is underway on floor 1 of zone 2. All plumbing and electrical rough-ins are 100% complete, as is all of the duct work. Millwork is underway in zone 1 and cabinetry and hardwood flooring is being installed in zone 1. The elevator installation began yesterday, as did the trash chute installation. Everything remains on schedule for our February 22 Certificate of Occupancy.
