St. Anthony Park Construction Update

The building is looking great! The roof is 100% finished, the brick veneer is 70% installed, siding has been delivered, and the sidewalks are being poured.

Drywall is complete for Zone 1, and insulation is being installed in Zone 2. In Zone 1, hallways are being sanded and painting has started. Plumbing rough-ins are finished, electrical rough-ins are nearly completed, and HVAC duct work is on-going in Zone 2.
