Central Village Construction Update

The building is looking great! Insulation is complete in all of Zone 1, and we are working on Zone 2, floor 4. Sheetrock and painting is complete in Zone 1. In Zone 2 we are currently taping sheetrock on floor 1, and texturing on floor 2. Vinyl and LVP flooring is complete on Zone 1, floor 4, and we are starting floor 3.

Exciting news! Finish carpentry has begun! Cabinets and millwork are being installed on floor 4 in Zone 1.

On the exterior, brick work is complete on Zone 1, and we are starting brick work on Zone 2.
