Central Village Construction Update

Spring has finally arrived! We are so grateful the nice weather affords us the opportunity to work on the exterior of the building. The painting is completed on the north side, and is underway on the courtyard side of the building. Check out the enclosed pictures. The building looks great!

On the inside, owner walk-throughs are in process in Zone 1. We are hearing such nice comments from the owners as they see their finished units for the first time! In Zone 2, carpeting is being laid on the second floor, and finish carpentry is underway on the first floor. Cabinetry and the inter-cooperative mailboxes are being installed in the business center. Carpeting is being laid in the manager’s office, fitness center and the community spaces on the first floor.
