St. Anthony Park Construction Update
Zvago St. Anthony Park is a 49-unit cooperative nestled in this close-knit St. Paul neighborhood, near popular restaurants and local businesses.
Construction is on schedule. Parking lot is in and looking great. Exterior building masonry is looking great. Roof is 100% in and water tight. We will be beginning insulation and drywall in zone 2 next week. Painting and interior finish will begin in zone 1, 3rd floor next week as well.
