St. Anthony Park Construction Update
Wow! The building is looking fantastic! The finish work in the common spaces is absolutely beautiful, and the units are all beginning to take on their own personalities as the cabinets and floors are installed.
Granite countertops are being installed in Zone 1 on floor 3, and we will be starting floor 2 next week. HVAC is up and running in the building. Electrical is complete in Zone 1 and is ongoing on floor 2 in Zone 2. Painting is 100% complete in both Zone 1 and Zone 2.
The elevator is now fully installed and operational. The trellis and rails for the back patio are being made and will be on site next week. Garage cleaning and striping is scheduled for February 4th.
